Get in Mahmya shuttle boat and sail around one hour to reach the island.
Mahmya is on the southern shores of the Giftun Island National Park off the coast of Hurghada. Mahmya in Arabic means “Protected Area”. To protect the coral reef and its marine inhabitants, so when you approach the island, another small boats will take you to the shore.
Once you land on the island, you are free to do snorkeling on the impressive coral heads scattered in the clear lagoon, take a walk along the sandy beach, play volleyball on the beach, and relax on the beautiful white sandy beach.
