Day 1: Arrival

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt

Your WOW tours Egypt representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (Arrival procedures). Then he will escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle.

At the hotel, the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: the Pyramids & Sakkara, Memphis – Train to Luxor

After breakfast, your WOW tours Egypt tour guide will be waiting at the lobby of your hotel to start your first Day tour in Cairo.

From the moment your tour starts, your guide will give you full attention. Once in the car, your guide will talk to you about all things on the way as well as other aspects of your tour that will interest you.

Start your tour in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle to visit the Glory of ancient Egypt, The Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. (Ticket not including entering inside the pyramids) Then visit the Great Sphinx, body of lion and head of a king; the tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to Chephren the owner of 2nd pyramid.

Enjoy your lunch at local restaurant.

Then visit Sakkara that is a part of Memphis’s massive necropolis, See the burial site of the ancient Egyptian Nobles and Sakkara Complex dedicated to king Djoser – 3rd dynasty ,2800 BC – see the first pyramid built in Egypt, known as the Step Pyramid. You will continue your journey to Memphis; the ancient Capital of Egypt, to visit the colossal statue of Ramses II and the remains of Hathor Temple.

From there, you will be transfer to the train station to take Sleeper train to Luxor.

Dinner served on the train.

  • Enjoy the spectacular Sound and Light Show at the great Pyramid.
  • Enjoy a dinner on Nile cruise with belly dancer and an oriental show for 2 hours.

Day 3: East bank of Luxor

Breakfast served on board the train, Your WOW tours Egypt representative will pick you up from Luxor train Station. He will be holding a sign showing your name.

Once you arrive, your WOW tours Egypt tour guide will be waiting for you.

You will be transferred by a modern air-conditioned vehicle to visit East Bank of Luxor, start first in the famous Karnak Temples; the largest place of worship ever built and the greatest example of worship in history. It has been built over than 2000 years. Great complex of Temples dedicated to the main God of Egypt (Imn – R’).

Then visit Luxor Temple one of the most beautiful and preserved temples in Egypt dated back 1500 B C. It was built by Amenhotep III in 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and was completed by Ramses II during the 19th Dynasty.

Have Lunch at a local restaurant, then you will be transfer to your hotel.

Day 4: “West bank of Luxor - Train back to Cairo

After breakfast, your WOW tours Egypt tour guide will be waiting at the lobby of your hotel to visit West Bank of Luxor. First visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III Known as (Colossi of Memnon), Then visit The Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent tombs of the ancient Egyptian kings were discovered, those tombs were curved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs. (Not included Tutankhamen tomb). Continue the tour to visit Hatshepsut Temple Known as El Deir El Bahary, this impressive temple dedicated to the Queen Hatshepsut, the most powerful woman to rule Egypt.

After you enjoy the West Bank, Have Lunch at a local restaurant with fabulous view on the Nile.

After you enjoy your Day in Luxor, you will transfer to Luxor train Station to take a Sleeper train back to Cairo.

Dinner served on board the train.

Overnight on board Sleeper train.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 5: Egyptian Museum or Civilization Museum

Enjoy your breakfast on the train. once you arrive, Your WOW tours Egypt representative will pick you up from  Cairo train Station.

Once you arrive, your WOW tours Egypt tour guide will be waiting for you.

You will be transferred by a modern air-conditioned vehicle to visit the Egyptian Museum, the museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen collection of treasure, gold and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in 1922 by H. Carter.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast, Your WOW tours Egypt representative will pick you up from  your hotel to  Cairo International airport to assist you through (Departure procedures).

Notes:

  • Comfortable walking shoes and sun hat are recommended.
  • To enter inside any pyramid required extra ticket.
  • To enter the hall of the Royal Mummies required extra ticket.
  • Tutankhamen tomb, Ramses Ⅵ tomb and Sity I tomb required extra ticket.
  • Sleeper train takes about 10 / 12 hours from Cairo to Luxor, and about 13 / 15 hours from Aswan to Cairo.
