Upon arrival your WOW TOURS EGYPT Egyptologist guide meets you at Aswan Airport, holding a sign with your name, and escorts you in a modern air-conditioned vehicle.
Day 1: Cairo to Aswan “the high Dam, the Philae temple and the Nubian village”
Your first stop reveals modern Egypt’s engineering pride. The High Dam, standing above Lake Nasser, you’ll hear how this massive structure reshaped the country’s future, protected it from floods, and created one of the world’s largest man-made lakes.
Next, Philae Temple – Temple of the Goddess Isis, you board a small boat and glide across the Nile to a magical island temple. Philae rises from the water like a mirage – elegant columns, sacred carvings, and the last stronghold of ancient Egyptian religion.
Here, the story of Isis – goddess of love, magic, and motherhood – unfolds on temple walls in vivid detail. It’s peaceful, photogenic, and deeply spiritual.
Have a delicious lunch at a traditional Restaurant
After Lunch get ready to visit The Nubian village – board a motorboat for a peaceful sail along the Nile, passing iconic landmarks such as Elephantine Island, the Aga Khan Mausoleum, the Old Cataract Hotel, and lush river islands. The water sparkles, the breeze cools, and the landscape slowly transforms.
Once you arrive – You are warmly welcomed into a Nubian home, where you learn about daily life, architecture made of natural materials, and customs passed down through generations. Enjoy a traditional welcome drink, take memorable photos (including with the famous Nubian pet crocodiles), and stroll through the village markets filled with handmade crafts, spices, and dates.

Day 2: Aswan to Abu Simbel & North to Luxor
Early Morning 04:30 am – This is the best time to start the tour to avoid the heat – Your WOW TOURS EGYPT guide will pick you up from your hotel and you will be transferred by a modern air-conditioned vehicle to Abu Simbel about 03 hours’ drive.
Abu Simbel Temples are among the greatest masterpieces of ancient Egypt. Built by Ramses II for himself and his beloved wife Nefertari, they were designed to project power, devotion, and divine connection.
Abu Simbel Temples are not only a celebration of Ramses’ power but also a marvel of architectural precision. The Great Temple was built so that, on two specific days of the year—February 22 and October 22—the rays of the rising sun penetrate the inner sanctuary, illuminating the statues of the gods and Ramses II himself. This celestial event showcases the ingenuity of ancient Egyptian astronomers and builders.
Abu Simbel faced destruction due to the construction of the High Dam. In an engineering feat that mirrored the Egyptians’ own ingenuity, The 2 temples of Abu Simbel were cut into large blocks and relocated to higher ground.
Today, Abu Simbel is not just a relic of a bygone era but a living testament to human ambition, power, and perseverance.
After exploring The 2 temples of Abu Simbel, you will transfer back to Aswan.

Day 3: Luxor Day tour – Back to Cairo
Your day begins with a warm welcome from your WOW TOURS EGYPT Egyptologist guide, who meets you at your hotel, ready to unlock the stories of ancient Thebes, You will be transferred by a modern air-conditioned vehicle to West Bank of Luxor, home to some of Egypt’s most significant archaeological treasures – to visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III Known as (Colossi of Memnon), These two giant statues, which once guarded the entrance to the temple of Amenhotep III, are a popular photo stop. Standing over eighteen meters tall, they’ve withstood the test of time.
Then visit The Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent tombs of the ancient Egyptian kings were discovered, those tombs were curved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs. The Valley of the Kings contains over sixty tombs, many adorned with vibrant wall paintings depicting the pharaohs’ journey to the afterlife. giving you a glimpse of the incredible craftsmanship. Entry to the Tomb of Tutankhamun is not included but can be arranged upon request.
The journey continues to the magnificent Hatshepsut Temple Known as El Deir El Bahary, This majestic mortuary temple honors Egypt’s most successful female pharaoh, Hatshepsut. It’s carved into the cliffs and features a series of terraces, statues, and stunning reliefs that tell the story of her reign.
After exploring the West Bank, Have a delicious Lunch at a local restaurant with fabulous view on the Nile.
Then you’ll cross back over the Nile to the East Bank of Luxor, where the city’s grandest temple awaits:
Karnak Temple Complex, this is one of the largest and most impressive religious sites in the world. The temple is dedicated to the god Amun-Ra and was expanded over 2,000 years by various pharaohs. The highlights include the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 massive columns, the Sacred Lake, and the towering obelisks. It’s a place where you can truly feel the grandeur of ancient Egyptian worship.
Finally, visit Luxor Temple, gracefully standing at the heart of the modern city. Unlike other temples, Luxor Temple was dedicated not to a god, but to kingship itself. It was here that pharaohs renewed their divine right to rule, linking human leadership with cosmic order.
At the end of the day, you transfer to Luxor airport for your flight back to Cairo – carrying stories, photos, and memories that feel far bigger than three days.
